Train together both for 900 kr for a 60-minute session if one of you is already signed up with me.

Or get a 10-session package for 8000 kr if neither of you is currently signed up.

After Training

If you already signed up with me 

Training sessions with your friend are separate from your personal plan. Your personal plan will resume afterward. If you have multiple sessions left, your plan is simply paused until you train alone again. No worries about the length of the pause; it can stay paused as long as you need.

How do we train?

We'll begin by setting shared goals and selecting exercises that work well for both of you, whether you're training side-by-side or together. I’ll guide and oversee both of you throughout each session.

A key benefit of this approach is that you can observe each other's technique, helping you both learn and improve.

You’ll follow the same plan tailored to your shared goals, but I’ll still track your individual progress to ensure you’re both advancing at your own pace.

Training with even more people

We can train in groups of up to 6 people. 

Prices are for 10 sessions.
