Personal Training Policy

Commitment: Arriving on time and already warmed up ensures we can make the most of your session and focus on your progress.

Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session, it will be marked as a used session, as last-minute changes disrupt scheduling and preparation.

Late Arrivals: If you are less than 20 minutes late, the session will proceed, but it will still end at the scheduled time to respect other appointments. If you are more than 20 minutes late, the session will be considered missed and marked as used.

Communication: Share your goals, concerns, and feedback openly. This collaboration helps me tailor your program for the best results.

Attire: Wear comfortable workout clothes and proper footwear to ensure safety and optimal performance.
Tracking and Weekly Feedback

Track Your Progress: Use the shared Google Sheets file to log your workouts. A Google account (free to create) is required to access and update the file, which helps us track your progress and refine your plan.

Feedback: I will review your updates in the Google Sheets file each week and provide personalized feedback to keep you on track.
